I am the Principal of Pezikian Legal, and have a wide range of experience advising and acting for clients in construction, property and strata matters. My experience includes handling litigation in various jurisdictions in New South Wales including the Supreme Court, District Court, Local Court and the NCAT. In addition to being a lawyer, I hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and have worked on residential and commercial projects during my time in construction management. My technical and on-site experience, coupled with my legal knowledge and skills, provides me with a unique perspective and the ability to provide legal advice and services which are pragmatic and take into consideration technical issues.
